Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition.
The product must not have been used or opened if it is a personal care item.
The order number and invoice must be provided.

Returns are not accepted for:

Used products
Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
